Uses of Nimesulide
Nimesulide is used in the treatment of fever, headache, dental pain, post operative pain, pain during menstruation, arthralgia, muscle pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gout.
It should not be used in children below 12 years of age.

Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the production of the chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that transmit pain signals and induce fever.

Expert advice for Nimesulide
It should be taken with food or milk to avoid getting an upset stomach.
It can cause serious complications like stomach bleeding and kidney problems if taken for a long period of time.

Good for pain relief and fever but not effective in joint pain due to poor anti-inflammatory action.
