How Ambrican Tablet works
Ambrican 5mg tablet is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.

Warnings
Alcohol

Ambrican 5mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.

Driving
Dizziness or weakness due to low blood pressure may occur in some patients while on Ambrican 5mg Tablet. If you are affected in this way, your ability to drive may be impaired.
Liver
Ambrican 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ambrican 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
