Angizem CD 180mg Capsule ER is used in the treatment of hypertension, chest pain (Angina) and arrhythmias.
Headache, Nausea, Fatigue, Dizziness, Feeling of discomfort, Dyspepsia, Stomach pain, Peripheral edema, Constipation, Redness of skin, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Angizem CD 180mg Capsule ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Angizem CD 180mg Capsule ER is a calcium channel blocker. It blocks the action of calcium on the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces blood pressure and abnormally fast heartbeat which lowers strain and oxygen requirement of the heart.
- It is very common to have dizziness, lightheadedness, swelling ankles/feet, flushing, or a headache as a side effect.
- To lower your risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Inform your doctor if you have developed constipation during treatment with Angizem cd.
- Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
- Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with any heart problems (heart attack, heart failure, slow or irregular heart rate).
- Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.
