Composition for Avacard AT 5 mg/50 mg Tablet Amlodipine (5mg) + Atenolol (50mg) Avacard AT 5 mg/50 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and atenolol which lower blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels while atenolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

How to use Avacard AT Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Avacard AT 5 mg/50 mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
