Composition for Betatrop 50mg/20mg Tablet Atenolol (50mg) + Nifedipine (20mg) Betatrop 50mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Atenolol and nifedipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Atenolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate while nifedipine is a calcium channel blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels. Together, they make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

How to use Betatrop Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Betatrop 50mg/20mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
Take it either 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.
