How to works How Sneezy Suspension works Sneezy Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen, Phenylpropanolamine, Chlorpheniramine and Sodium Citrate which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetics agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
