Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Renal impairment, Decreased blood pressure, Cough, Dizziness, Altered levels of potassium in blood, Diarrhoea, Decrease in red blood cell count, Headache, Fainting, Weakness, Nausea, Stomach pain, Decreased sugar level in blood, Vertigo.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cidmus 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnancy
Cidmus 50mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Driving
Cidmus 50mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Liver
Cidmus 50mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cidmus 50mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
