Clopidogrel is used in the treatment of heart attack and unstable angina.
It decreases the chances of having another heart attack, stroke or death from a disease related to your heart or blood vessels.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Clopitab-CV 10 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Good medication for preventing blood clots.
- For best results, take Clopidogrel at the same time every day.
- Clopidogrel increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, or using sharp objects.
- Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor.
- If you are going to have a surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Clopidogrel temporarily.
