Dr. Ortho Ayurvedic Oil and Capsules include various herbs like Mentha piperita, Cinnamomum camphora, Pinus roxburghii, and Linum usitatissimum.
Mentha piperita is an herb that treats pains around the body.
Cinnamomum camphora increases blood flow around the body. Best known for its anti-inflammatory properties, the Pinus roxburghii helps in supressing joint aches, swellings and pains. Linum usitatissimum, which contains omega-3 fatty acids to improve cholesterol levels, is also featured in the product.
Directions for use:
Oil: 5 to 10 ml of warm oil must be applied on the affected area and massaged for 5 minutes.
Capsule: Two capsules must be consumed after half an hour of a meal with lukewarm water.
Note:
The Dr. Ortho Oil and Capsules does not cause any side effects. People who use it should avoid spicy foods. The oil part must not be applied onto broken skin as it could irritate the skin and cause significant disruption if applied.
