It is used in when their throat is Red, swollen, painful, intensely inflamed with tonsils. Uvula swollen. Swallowing painfully. Most pain in post-nasal with sharp pains in ears. Burning pain, with great swelling; worse, slight external pressure
Also used in Where there is the complaint of intense burning in urethra. Urine hot, burning, scanty or suppressed; bloody, greenish discharge. Albuminous. Tenesmus of the bladder. Stabbing pain extending up the urethra into the bladder. Perspiration after urinating.
The condition mostly worse in evening, night and after taking acids. Better while at rest.
