How to works How Atrisolon Eye Drop works Atrisolon Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Atropine, Chlorbutol, and Prednisolone. Atropine is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relax the muscles in your eye. Chlorbutol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
