How Imosec M Tablet works
Imosec M 2mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Loperamide and simethicone which treat diarrhoea. Loperamide is an opioid agonist which works by decreasing contraction of the intestines making the stools more solid and less frequent. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. |
