How to works How Zach Tablet works Zach Tablet is a combination of three medicines: paracetamol, thiocolchicoside and tramadol which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Tramadol is an opioid pain reliever which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
