How to works	How 3 D Plus Cream works 3 D Plus Cream is a combination of three medicines: Beclometasone, Neomycin and Miconazole which treat skin infections.Beclometasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. It does cure the condition but provides temporary relief of symptoms. Neomycin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins, required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
