How to works How Anxipan Capsule works Anxipan Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and Pantoprazole which treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) associated with anxiety. Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
