Cetmet Tcf 5 mg/10 mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Cetirizine and Dextromethorphan. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which reduces cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. |
