How to works How Colik Injection works Colik Injection is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and diclofenac which relieve pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
