How Colixin Mps Tablet works
Colixin Mps 20 mg/500 mg/40 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, paracetamol and dimethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. |
