How to works How Comig Tablet works Comig Tablet is a combination of three medicines: codeine, buclizine and paracetamol which relieve pain. Codeine is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Buclizine is an anti-histamine medicine. It works by blocking chemicals in the body which triggers nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.
