How to works	How Dimple Plus Eye Drop works Dimple Plus Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine, and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes.
