How to works	How DM 4 Tablet works DM 4 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan which relieve dry cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
