How Dolar Syrup works
Dolar 4mg/7.5mg/5mg Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine which relieve cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. |
