How Dolopar Tablet works
Dolopar 25 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Caffeine which relieves headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce the headache. It also increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol. |
