How Dropar Tablet works
Dropar 80 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: drotaverine and paracetamol which relieves abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. |
