How to works How EL HT Tablet works EL HT 10 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Enalapril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor.
