    How to works How Gatilox DM Eye Drop works Gatilox DM Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Gatifloxacin Topical which treat eye infections. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. Gatifloxacin Topical is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. This treats your infection.
