How to works How Irrinil Eye Drop works Irrinil Eye Drop is a combination of four medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine, Methylcellulose and Zinc. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Methylcellulose is a lubricating formulation similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.
