How to works	How Jamopenz-H Suppository works Jamopenz-H Suppository is a combination of four medicines: Hydrocortisone, Zinc Oxide, Lidocaine, and Allantoin. Hydrocortisone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain thereby decreasing the pain sensation. Allantoin is a skin protectant that works like a moisturizer to soften skin.
