How to works How Keto 4S Cream works Keto 4S Cream is a combination of four medicines: Ofloxacin Topical, Ornidazole Topical, Terbinafine Topical and Mometasone Topical which treat skin infections. Ofloxacin Topical is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Ornidazole Topical is also an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Terbinafine Topical is an antifungal. It stops the growth of fungus by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Mometasone Topical is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
