L Grip Capsule is a combination of four medicines: Dicyclomine, Loperamide and Lactobacillus Sporogenes. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Loperamide is an opioid agonist which works by decreasing contraction of the intestines making the stools more solid and less frequent. Lactobacillus Sporogenes is a live microorganism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset due to intestinal infections. |
