How to works	How Leocan Xl Gel works Leocan Xl Gel is a combination of three medicines: Fluconazole Topical, Fluocinolone Topical and Neomycin Topical which treat skin infections. Fluconazole Topical is an antifungal medication. It stops the growth of fungus by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Fluocinolone Topical is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin Topical is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
