Expert advice for Mini-Luton Spray Tell your doctor if you experience any unexpected bleeding. Tell your doctor if you have any conditions like recurrent fits, migraine, asthma, and heart or kidney dysfunction, as progesterone causes fluid retention and may worsen these conditions. Do not use progesterone vaginal preparation simultaneously with any other vaginal therapy. Exercise caution if you are suffering from abnormal glucose tolerance as progesterone might interfere in glucose metabolism. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to progesterone or any of its ingredients. Do not use if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, blood clot in veins (thrombophlebitis) or those who have severe liver damage. Do not use if you are suffering from or with history of any bleeding disorder (active deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism). Do not use if you have progesterone sensitive tumors.
