How to works	How Napcap-MC Eye Drop works Napcap-MC Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine and Methylcellulose. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and inflammation (swelling).
