You may feel dizziness and drowsiness when you start taking Olexa. For the first week, avoid activities that require you to be alert. Olexa may cause weight gain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar. Tell your doctor if you have any unusual thoughts or behavior, inability to control muscle movements, or fever and excess sweating. Elderly people with dementia shouldn't take Olexa. Avoid cigarette smoking as it can decrease Olexa blood levels.
