How to works	How Otilan Ear Drop works Otilan Ear Drop is a combination of three medicines: Chloramphenicol, Clotrimazole and Beclometasone. Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine.
