How to works	How Povimed Cream works Povimed Cream is a combination of three medicines: Povidone Iodine, Tinidazole Topical and Zinc Sulfate. Povidone Iodine is an antiseptic applied on skin which is infected or is likely to get infected. It slowly releases iodine which kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms. Tinidazole Topical is an antibiotic which kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Zinc Sulfate has astringent and antiseptic action.
