How to works How Pyrisulide Cold Tablet works Pyrisulide Cold Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Dextropropoxyphene is a opioid analgesic (pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
