How Sartace H Tablet works
Sartace H 2.5 mg/50 mg/12.5 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ramipril, Losartan and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Ramipril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by reducing stress on the heart and relaxing blood vessels. Losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) which blocks the hormone angiotensin thereby further relaxing blood vessels. Together, they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow. |
