How to works How Sol X Tablet works Sol X Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Pseudoephedrine, bromhexine and diphenhydramine which relieve cough. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels, which provide temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
