How to works	How Topderm Plus Cream works Topderm Plus Cream is a combination of three medicines: Clotrimazole Topical, Fluocinolone Topical and Neomycin Topical which treat skin infections. Clotrimazole Topical is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Fluocinolone Topical is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Neomycin Topical is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.
