How Tozaar Ath Tablet works
TOZAAR ATH 50MG/50MG/12.5MG TABLET is a combination of three medicines: Losartan, Atenolol and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Losartan is a calcium channel blocker which works by blocking the hormone angiotensin to relax blood vessels, while Atenolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow. |
