How to works How Tramalor Tablet works Tramalor Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Tramadol, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Lornoxicam which relieve pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
