How Truxofol Tablet works
Truxofol 7.5 mg/1 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Methotrexate Low Dose and Folic Acid. Methotrexate Low Dose is an anticancer and immunosuppressive medication. It works in cancer by slowing the growth of cancer cells by blocking building blocks that cancer cells need to grow. It also works in autoimmune disease by decreasing the activity of body's immune system and prevents the body from attacking itself. Folic Acid, a form of vitamin B is added to prevent Folic Acid deficiency caused by Methotrexate Low Dose. |
