How to works	How Tussiz P Syrup works Tussiz P Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Phenylpropanolamine, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve common cold symptoms. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) which also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.
