Expert advice for Ultrabrite Cream You have been prescribed Ultrabrite Cream for the short-term treatment of Melasma. Avoid skin care products that may dry or irritate your skin. Avoid exposure to sunlight, sunlamp or ultraviolet light when using Ultrabrite Cream. Ensure the use of sunscreen and protective covering over treated areas. In case you experience irritation or allergy, discontinue the medication and consult your doctor. Excessive application may lead to marked redness, skin peeling, and discomfort. In case you develop blue-black darkening of the skin, discontinue the medication and see your doctor.

How to works How Ultrabrite Cream works Ultrabrite Cream is a combination of three medicines: Hydroquinone Topical, Mometasone Topical and Tretinoin Topical which treat melasma (dark spots on skin). Hydroquinone Topical is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin. Mometasone Topical is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin Topical is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly.
