How to works	How Xinomom CF Cream works Xinomom CF Cream is a combination of three medicines: Clotrimazole TOPICAL, Fusidic Acid Topical and Mometasone Topical which treat skin infections. Clotrimazole TOPICAL is a steroid medicine which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Fusidic Acid Topical is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Mometasone Topical is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
