How to works	How Zincoderm-S Ointment works Zincoderm-S Ointment is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol Topical, Zinc and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol Topical is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Zinc is a nutritional supplement which speeds up the healing of skin lesions. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine. It breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin.
