Stop taking dihydralazine if you develop serious or life-threatening allergic reaction. Do consult your doctor if you have had a heart attack, pain in the chest (angina), narrowing of blood vessels of the brain (cerebrovascular disease), serious liver or kidney disease.Do not stop taking dihydralazine unless advised by a doctor.Dihydralazine may make you drowsy, dizzy, or confused. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.With prolonged use of dihydralazine in large doses, a condition resembling autoimmune disease affecting skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs (systemic lupus erythematosus) may develop.
