- It can cause serious complications like stomach bleeding and kidney problems if taken for a long period of time.
- Patalgin can raise your risk of blood clots, heart attack, or a stroke.

- Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems.

Driving

If you miss a dose of Nimesulide, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
