You have been prescribed Alpd 50mg/5mg Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure. It can be taken with or without food. It may cause dizziness. If this happens to you, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Inform your doctor if you notice muscle weakness or changes in your heartbeat.

Alpd 50mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Losartan and Amlodipine which lower blood pressure effectively. Losartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. |
